Legacy Village is being developed by Legacy Village Condominiums, LLC whose principals are leaders in the Central Ohio development market. They bring over 50 years of combined experience and expertise to this high-end project.

We are excited to announce that we have broken ground on Legacy Village Condominiums at 2979 East Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio! The property is part of the land that was platted after World War I in the 1920’s around an existing polo field. The area expanded after World War II in the 1950’s and is recognized by City of Columbus as a historic neighborhood.

The Bexley community is known for its tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and notable buildings such as the Jeffrey Mansion and the State of Ohio Governor’s Mansion. It is also home to Capital University, the Franklin Park Conservatory and the historic Drexel Theatre.
